San Jacinto Special Utility District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE UPON RECEIPT AND LATE IF NOT PAID IN FULL BY THE 15th OF EACH MONTH

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment so it is received by the 15th of each month. NOTE:  Payments made by check for accounts on the disconnect list will not be accepted.

Pay In Person   (Option not available, Office Closed to Public)

You may pay your bill in person at our office address located off the square in Coldspring. We accept check or money order. We also accept debit or credit.  For payments before or after hours we have a drop off slot located to the left of our lobby door. **NO CASH ACCEPTED.**

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply call the office or print and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form and submit it to the office.

Payment Drop-Off Location

You may pay your bill at our office address in the drop box to the left of the door. We accept check, or money orders.  Please have your name and account number on the envelope. **NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.**

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

Pay Online

We are now able to accept payments online.  It's fast, safe, and easy.  Register with us online and you will be able to view and pay your bill, see past bills and usages, and edit or update information on your account.  Avoid late penalties; the payment posts the day you make it.  We except eCheck, Discover, Master Card, and Visa. Starting December 01, 2021 fees will increase to $1.10 fee for checks charge by payment processor, 3.00% (+ .50 if under $100) for credit cards.
