After much discussion by the Board of Directors, the decision was made to increase the base rate of $48.00, the base rate will be going to $50.00 for a standard residental meter. The new rates will start on March 01, 2026 for the water bills due on April 15, 2026. Only the base rate will be going up, the water usage rates will remain the same at this time.
